How AI is used

  • Job matching — your resume is converted into a structured profile and embedding; every discovered job is scored against it. Match percentages reflect semantic fit, not keyword counts.
  • Resume rewriting — per-role tailoring uses only true facts from your uploaded resume. Modes: Off (send as-is), Honest (reorder and highlight), Aggressive (rewrite phrasing). Every change is shown to you before anything is sent unless you enable auto-approve.
  • Cover letters — generated from the actual job description in your voice; same Off/Honest/Aggressive modes.
  • Form automation — the apply engine fills ATS forms (fields, uploads, open-ended questions) from your profile and answer key. Open-ended answers are drafted by an LLM and included in the receipt.
  • Reply routing — incoming recruiter email from a connected inbox is classified (verification, rejection, interview, assessment, reminder, offer) and routed to the matching application. Automatic verification-code consumption is rolling out.

What we never do

  • Invent credentials, employers, degrees, or dates that are not in your resume.
  • Send an application without a receipt of exactly what was filled.
  • Share your profile or documents with third parties beyond the employer you applied to.

Supported platforms

  • Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby are fully supported today. Additional ATS integrations (SmartRecruiters, Workable, Workday and others) roll out progressively — each is listed in-product as it goes live.
