1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email), your resume and the structured profile extracted from it, application history and receipts, and standard usage analytics. If you connect an email account, we read job-related messages only.
2. How we use it
To match you with jobs, tailor application materials, submit applications you approved (or auto-approved), route recruiter replies, and operate quota/billing. We do not sell personal data.
3. AI processing
Resume extraction, matching, materials generation, and email classification use large language models and embedding models. Inputs are your documents and job descriptions; outputs are shown to you in-product. Model providers process data under data-processing agreements and do not train on your content.
4. Sharing
Employers receive exactly the application you approved. Service providers (hosting, database, email, payments) process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose data if legally required.
5. Retention & deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. Email founders@applyloop.app with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your account email; deletion completes within 30 days and cancels any active subscription.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS); data at rest is encrypted by our cloud providers. Access is least-privilege and audited.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion on request. GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) rights are honored — contact founders@applyloop.app.
8. Cookies
Strictly-necessary session cookies only for sign-in; no third-party ad cookies.
