Terms of Service
Effective June 2026 · ApplyLoop, Inc.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ApplyLoop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ApplyLoop discovers job postings, tailors application materials from your resume, submits applications on your behalf, and tracks responses. Quotas are volume-based per your plan; "applications" are counted only on confirmed submission.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information — materials are generated only from facts you supply. Keep your account secure. Do not use the service to misrepresent identity or qualifications, spam employers, or violate any site's terms where prohibited by law.
4. AI-generated content
Tailored resumes, cover letters, and screener answers are AI-drafted from your inputs and shown to you (unless you enable auto-approve). You are responsible for everything submitted under your name.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your documents and content. We retain rights to the service, software, and brand. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
6. Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future billing and access continues to the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Quota is consumed only on confirmed submissions.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or that any specific posting remains open. ATS coverage varies by employer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
