What FastApply gets right
Credit where it is due. FastApply says it has sent more than 2 million applications. It reaches further than ApplyLoop: its pricing page lists more than 20 job boards and application systems, from Indeed, Glassdoor and Dice to Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, and its home page lists users in the US, UK, Canada, India, Australia and more. Co-Pilot mode lets you approve each application before it goes, and the Elite sprint reaches 1,000 applications a month. If breadth and volume are what you need, it is a serious tool.
Why people look for an alternative anyway
- The money-back guarantee is gone. FastApply's refund policy now says fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and that it does not offer a 30-day guarantee based on interviews. Older reviews still mention one, so the page you read first may be out of date.
- You pay for access, not for submissions. The same policy says payment gives access regardless of the number of applications submitted. If a run stalls on a form, the sprint still counts down.
